The Meadows of Guerin, Inc. adjoins Guerin Woods. The Meadows consists of 24 one-bedroom independent living apartments for people age 62 and older with low incomes; laundry facilities; an office, a community center; and a two-bedroom apartment for the live-in manager. Each apartment includes a living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and porch.
