The Sisters of Providence offer 10 Remembrance Cards.

Wouldn’t you like to assure your loved one(s) of your prayerful support? You can through the Remembrance Program of the Sisters of Providence. Use of the Remembrance Cards, which includes enrollment in the Blessed Sacrament Association, assures that your loved ones will be prayed for on a daily basis in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana.

Each Remembrance Card features a scene from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, where the motherhouse of the Sisters of Providence is located, or artwork created by a Sister of Providence.

You can make a contribution ($5 or $10 suggested) in support of the Sisters of Providence life and mission using our secure online donation form. Use the “comment” field to note the contribution is for Remembrance Cards. Or, you can send your contribution to:

View each card below and choose the style and quantity of each. Then, e-mail oca@spsmw.org to request cards. Please use the subject line “Remembrance Cards” on your e-mail. When you receive the cards, your packet will include a way to enroll your loved one(s) in the Blessed Sacrament Association. You’ll also receive a form for reordering cards. Cards may also be requested by phone at (812) 535-2800.
