Our alpaca socks, hats, gloves and scarves make nice Easter gifts.
White Violet Center’s Adopt an Alpaca program is perfect for animal lovers at Easter!
The $100 adoption fee helps to cover the cost of feed and vet care for your lovable adopted animal. Each adoption is good for one year and comes with photos of your adopted alpaca.
For a unique Easter gift for the gardeners in your life, you may want to adopt a White Violet Center beehive. Each $50 covers the cost of maintaining a healthy hive for one year and includes an adoption certificate.
You don’t need to adopt any critters to make a gift in a loved one’s name; we also accept gift donations. Donations of $100 and above include a formalized thank-you plaque and package.
White Violet Center has other great Easter gift options:
- Organic fair-trade coffees and teas in a variety of roasts, blends and flavors
- Lots of delicious organic fair-trade chocolate bars, hot cocoa and baking cocoa
- Handmade lip balm made with wax from our bees
- Luxurious handmade hats, scarves and other alpaca items made with the fiber from our herd. Each hat, scarf or yarn purchase comes with a picture of the animal it came from.
- Handmade alpaca sterling silver pins, coloring books, and more.
- Plenty of alpaca gloves and socks and an array of handknit hats and handwoven scarves from our herd.
Feel free to stop by the center Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and shop around. For more information call 812-535-2930 or e-mail wvc@spsmw.org.
