Group or individual tours and education programs are available by appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can be made for other times.
Tour our organic gardens and greenhouse, see the alpacas up-close, learn about fiber production, and take a peek at our worm composting systems. Other possible tour options include a guided walk on our nature trail, a visit to our recycling and biomass facilities and a tour of the strawbale retreat house or the other two retreat houses built with sustainable building methods.
Whether it is a grade-school class, college study group or an interested individual, White Violet Center for Eco-Justice at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, near Terre Haute, Ind., has something for everyone to learn and enjoy.
